Cancellation Policy

Sanitary Conditions (I) All Vendors reserves the right to refuse or alter services if unsanitary conditions or contagious infections are present. In such cases, the Client shall be responsible for full payment. (II) The Client agrees to provide a hygienic and reasonable workspace for the Vendor, which includes, but is not limited to, a sanitary and well-lit area, freshly cleaned table or chair (or stool), and access to electrical outlets for necessary supplies. Completion of Services Services will be completed to the client's satisfaction. Acceptance of the completed services is verbal acknowledgment by the client that they are satisfied with the services provided. If the services are not completed to the client's satisfaction and the client does not inform the contractor while the contractor is performing services, the service will not be refunded or disputed. Allergy and Sensitivity Disclosure The Client agrees to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions to makeup, skincare products, or any other substances that may be used during consultations, trials, or the event itself. This disclosure must be made during the initial inquiry or your in-person consultation, and the Client is responsible for ensuring that all relevant information is communicated thoroughly. Vendor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client’s needs by using suitable products; however, the Vendor is not liable for any reactions or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities. Cancellation Policy To schedule and lock-in your day of services there will be a 30% deposit required for all services. All deposits are non-refundable payments. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled/changed you may do so up to 72hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made after the 72hr grace period you’ll be held liable for the remaining balance. The paid deposit is non-transferable prior to one week before services are to be rendered. Once the grace period of one week before the appointment has passed, you’ll be held liable for an additional deposit if you’d like to reschedule services.
